The lawyer for a former christian camp director charged with several alleged sex offenses involving underage boys wants the case moved out of Taney County.
Attorney Tom Carver filed a motion for a change of venue last week asking that Pete Newman's trial be moved to another county. So far there has been no ruling on the motion which could be ruled on at Newman's next court appearance on January 21st.
