An 18 year-old man from Reeds Spring has been charged with sexual misconduct with a child and possession of child pornography after authorities found him to be in possession of sexually explicit photo's.
When authorities served a search warrant at 388 Notch Lane they seized Jeffrey Raymond Everett's cell phone and laptop computer.
Detective Matt Maggard writes in the probable cause statement, "I found a text message between Jeffrey and a 14 year-old mal on Jeffrey's Iphone. The 14 year-old sent Jeffrey a picture of a young male that's standing in a bathroom with his pants down exposing his butt and a picture of a male subjects erect penis."
Court documents say Everett also allegedly sent explicit photo's back to the 14 year-old victim.
Everett is being held in the Stone County jail on $25,000 bond.
