Fort Leonard Wood Soldier Charged In Pool Hall Shooting:

A soldier stationed at Fort Leonard Wood has been charged with assault for allegedly shooting a man at a bar Monday.

Authorities allege that Spc. Erick Carrasco,22, Round Rock, Tx, shot the man in the stomach at OB's Billiards in St. Robert. The victim remains hospitalized in an intensive care unit.

Carrasco is assigned to the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade at Fort Leonard Wood.

Carrasco is in the Pulaski County jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
