Beaman and LoutsenhizerGalena, Mo.- Two men from Taney County are facing charges in Stone County after authorities allegedly found drugs, drug paraphernalia and an underage girl in a motel room while investigating a 9-1-1 hang up call at the Ridge View Motel earlier this month.
Court records say Daniel L. Beaman, 31, of Branson, was in possession of a clear baggie that contained a crystal residue, a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine and two metal pipes believed to have been used to smoke pot.
“Daniel was using these illegal street drugs with a 16 year-old female who was staying with him and Brian,” Deputy Taylor Jenkins writes in the probable cause statement.
Brian Jon Loutsenhizer, 33, of Hollister, and Beaman have each been charged with possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both men are being held in the Stone County jail on $30,000 cash only bonds.
