A man from Reeds Spring is facing three felony counts of statutory sodomy for the alleged molestation of a family member that went on for years.
According to the probable cause statement, the now 14 year-old girl told authorities that Charles Brandon Minnick had been sexually abusing her since she was in the first grade.
The girl says Minnick, 35, would come into her room while everyone was asleep and make her perform sex acts on him. Some of the abuse happened in Lawson, Missouri, before the family relocated to Stone County in 2012, according to court records,
Minnick is being held in the Stone County jail on a $50,000 cash only bond.
