AnnMarie Patrick and Justin Tuttle

The trials for two people charged with the murder of Dan Martin last fall will be heard in other counties.

Lawyers for Justin Tuttle, 29, asked for a change of judge as well.  Judge Charles Curless of Barton County was assigned the case of Tuttle's case last week. A change of venue was approved for Tuttle, but it has not yet been assigned, according to circuit court clerk Robbie Lakins.

AnnMarie Patrick's, who is scheduled to stand trial in March of 2015, case was moved to Lawrence County, according to Lakins.

Tuttle and Patrick are accused of luring Martin to the end of Jon's Trading Post Road near Lampe where Martin was stabbed to death and dumped in Table Rock Lake.

An alleged love triangle and drug deal allegedly lead to murder, according to testimony presented at Patrick's preliminary hearing.
