A 17 year-old woman from Branson was charged with third degree assault and drug charges following an altercation with a man after she allegedly posted pictures of a penis in the victim's mouth on Twitter.

Court documents allege Courtney Elizabeth Ramirez punched the victim in the eye at a house in Stone County after she confronted her about posting the picture on the social media site.

During the investigation into the assault, authorities found a small bag with marijuana and a pipe used to smoke the drug in Raamirez' possession.

She was released from the Stone County jail after posting $1,500 bond.
