Vaught identified several items seized in the raid as belonging to him.

Drug charges were also filed against Higgins, Dustin Gan, 26; Nicole Jennings, 30, all of Galena, after a large amount of finished methamphetamine and items used to manufacture the drug were found in the residence during the raid. Prosecutor Matt Selby added a receiving stolen property count against Jennings on January 30th.

Assistant prosecutor Dayrell Scrivner says the investigation is ongoing and he expects additional charges to be filed in the case.
