A young man from Harrison, Arkansas has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle after he was allegedly found on a stolen motorcycle in his home state.
Authorities say Matthew James Shearer, 21, following a brief chase on the bike that was stolen out of Stone County in September of 2012.
Shearer, who is due back in court later this month, is being held on $5,000 bond.
