A man from Ozark who is accused of raping his estranged wife at a construction site in Stone County will stand trial.
Authorities says Michael Schupbach threatened the woman and then sexually assaulted her on two separate occasions in August of last year.
At Schupbach's preliminary hearing it was revealed that he allegedly let another man sexually assault his wife during a drug transaction. He was then charged with trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation.
Shupbach's attorney, Stacie Bilyeu, says the woman only came forward for financial gain after Schupbach inherited some money and property.
Schupbach, who has pleaded not guilty, is due back in circuit court in January.
