A woman from Crane was charged with possession of a controlled substance after authorities went to her home to search for stolen tools, guns and drugs.
Sergeant Matt Maggard writes in the probable cause statement that Juanita Denyer gave him written consent to search her residence at 104 Bel Aire Court on November 19th. Dusting the search, Maggard writes that he found two small baggies inside an eye glass that was on a shelf behind a washing machine. Maggard says that a white crystal substance inside one of the baggies field tested posititve for methamphetamine.
Denyar is being held in the Stone County jail on $20,000 bond.
