A man from Branson is facing some serious sex charges after a thirteen year-old girl told authorities she allegedly had sex with the man at a resort in Stone County last year.
Authorities say Jacob Clayton Laughter, 22, had sexual intercourse with the girl in April of 2011 at the Eagle's Nest Resort when Laughter was 21 years-old, according to court documents.
Laughter, who was charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy, is jailed on $50,000 bond.
