A man from Marionville who is charged with child molestation was released from jail after posting $50,000 bond.
According to the probable cause statement, Marty Lynn White, 45, allegedly molested the 6-year old daughter of his roommate at his home in August. The statement says the girl told authorities that White touched her inappropriately, and showed the little girl and her five year-old brother nude pictures and videos of women while he "was looking for a girlfriend on the Internet."
Judge Alan Blankenship lowered White's $100,000 bond at his October 2nd court appearance. He is due back in court on October 23rd.
