An elderly man from Arkansas has been charged with three counts of rape following a joint investigation by the Marion County Sheriff's Department and Arkansas State Police.
Sheriff Roger Vickers says Loy Gene Cunningham, 84, Yellville, was charged after allegations made by juveniles surfaced against the Yellville man.
Cunningham is being held on $150,000 bond in the Marion County jail.

This is regarding a story you posted March 16th 2010- about Loy Gene Cunningham. I would like some follow up about this issue but I can only find any mention about it on this site. Are there no other new papers or anything that have more information- or what is going on with the case or his trial? If he is who I think he is, then he used to be the love of my mother's life... I googled him on a whim and found this.
