Preliminary hearings for two of three Laclede County murder suspects have been set according to online court records.

Jackie Wong, 21, and alleged ring-leader, Josh Reyes, 23, are set to appear for their prelims on December 2nd.

Today, Jacky Wong's attorney, Tim Cisar (who is a brilliant defense attorney,) withdrew from the case today and Stacy Leigh Patterson stepped in as Wong's attorney.
Steven Pyykola's public defender filed a motion for a change of judge because of a conflict with her husband, who is an attorney and represents a potential witness in the case. No prelim date has been set for him yet.

On October 10th prosecutors allege that Reyes, Wong, Pyykoloa and an unnamed juvenile suspect shot to death Reyes' ex-girlfriends Miranda Smith's parents, Jeff and Glenda Smith, and her current boyfriend, Zack Porter.
