A Neosho man accused of allegedly stabbing his estranged wife with a barbecue fork and forcing her to have sex with him will stand trial for those charges.
Kevin Aaron Todd (a.), 49, is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in circuit court on November 6, 2009.
Todd has been charged with forcible rape or sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion; forcible sodomy or deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion; first-degree assault with serious physical injury, and armed criminal action.
Police officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at 3:41 a.m. Sept. 6 to a disturbance call at Todd’s residence.
When cops got to the house the victicm had run to a neighbors house for help. The 55 year-old woman told cops that she had been held for over twelve hours against her will be her estranged husband who allegedly poked her more than twenty times with a pronged fork before tying her up in the bathroom of the house before he fell asleep.
