A preliminary hearing date has been set for a man accused of gunning down his relatives this summer in Cole Camp.
Robert Blurton (a.) appeared in court today and a judge set November 30th as the date for that hearing.
Donnie, Sharon and Taron Luetjen were found bound together and shot in June of this year. Authorities allege that Blurton killed his family members during a robbery at their home.

Benton County prosecutor Karen Woodley has not publicly disclosed whether or not she plans to seek the death penalty in the case. However, at today's hearing Blurton with capital crimes division attorney Charles Mooreland and has met with other attorneys who handle capital murder cases for the public defenders office.
Blurton, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges, is being held in Saline County on three million dollars bond.
The Luetjen Family will be honored at a benefit concert from 2 to 5 p.m. on September 20th at Water Tower Park in Cole Camp.
All proceeds raised at the event will help establish The Luetjen Family Music Scholarship.
