Lawyers for a Nevada teenager accused of killing two of his friends and classmates have won a motion for a change of judge for their client.

Attorneys also filed a motion for a change of venue for the trial of Garrett Matthew Mason. The Vernon County circuit clerks office says that it could take the supreme court about a week to make a ruling on that motion.

Kylie Leyva (above l.) Annie Reed (r.)

Mason, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and armed criminal action for the May 2009 stabbing deaths of 18 year-old Annie Reed and 14 year-old Kylie Leyva. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
