BREAKING NEWS:ARREST MADE IN SHELDON MURDERS--- News Conference Scheduled This Afternoon (07-08-09):

On Monday Jasper County Sheriff Archie Dunn said that his office was interested in speaking with a "person of interest" in Springfield that could have vital information in the murder investigation of and elderly Carthage couple.

And today comes news that there's been an arrest made in last Octobers murders of Robert and Ellen Sheldon. There is a news conference scheduled for 2 p.m. in Carthage.

UPDATE 1:25 p.m.---There have been two arrest made in the murders one is a man from Carthage---the second is a man from Springfield. Charges are expected to be filed either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
