A Branson man who was charged in July with possessing and promoting child pornography has pleaded guilty.Taney County prosecutor Jeff Merrell says that undercover agents with the Tri-Lakes Regional Internet Crimes Task Force tracked the computer of 47 year-old Bill Lawrence and found kiddie porn on it as well as peer to peer software.
Lawrence, who entered the plea without an agreement, can receive anywhere from five to fifteen years in prison when he is sentenced in February.
