A registered sex offender who was charged with two counts of statutory sodomy with kids less than 14 years-old last fall withdrew his not guilty plea and pled guilty last week.
William "Timothy" Kelley was arrested last November after two young girls Kelley's mother babysat told authorities that Kelley inappropriately touched them at the home Kelley shared with his parents.
Stone County Prosecuting Attorney Matt Selby said Kelley, 49, pled guilty without any type of plea agreement with his office. "We will be asking for a substantial sentence," he said.
Tim Kelley is scheduled to be sentenced in July.
In an unrelated case, Kelley's brother, Johnny Allen Kelley, 55, was charged with possession of child pornography after authorities seized his laptop during the execution of a search warrant to gather evidence in his brother's case.

A forensic search of the device turned up numerous images of suspected child pornography and sexually explicit stories involving underage girls, according to court records..
Johnny Kelley, who was arrested in December 2013, allegedly admitted to cops that he downloaded the images to his computer.
He is facing four counts of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography as obscene material. His case will now be heard in Christian County, where the case was moved on a change of venue last week.
