The Missouri Department of Revenue renewed its contract with McMenamy Ventures LLC for management of the Crane License Office.
Four years ago McMenamy Ventures was awarded the contract. The office will remain at its current location at 103 #2 South Street in Crane.
In fiscal year 2013, nearly 14,000 transactions were conducted at the Crane License Office, generating more than $45,000 dollars in agent processing fees.
McMenamy Ventures’ contract includes an annual commitment to return 1-percent (approximately $4,500) of future processing fees to the state.
All local license offices, which are operated through a competitive bid process, are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each office is operated by an independent agent.
