The preliminary hearing for the former Southern Stone County Fire Marshal who was charged with sexual assault in August for an alleged incident that happened on the job will be heard next month.
Mike Creswell, 43, of Kimberling City, was charged after a woman came forward and said that Creswell told her she wouldn't received anymore training if she didn't have sex with him, according to court documents.
That hearing will be held on November 26th.
