Kara Nichole Plunkett (mug shot SCSO) New charges have been filed against the man who allegedly tried to set a Stone County deputy on fire last month. In an unrelated case, authorities say Kara Plunkett, 28, and Joey Lynn Plunkett, 43, cut a hole in the wood floor of a lake house they had been renting at 121 Busch Road in Kimberling City last June, causing at least $2,000 worth of damage. Court records say Plunkett allegedly stole household items and fishing poles worth over $500 from the residence as well. Kara Plunkett, who is being held on $20,000 bond, is due back in court on February 5th. Joey Plunkett has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation in the assault of a law enforcement officer case. He is due back in court in March. |
