Branson West Man Charged With Statutory Rape:

A man from Branson West is in the Stone County jail on charges of staturory rape.

A sixteen year-old girl told authorities that she had sex with twenty seven year-old Adam Michael Turnbough at his parents home last month.

Turnbough, who is due back in court later this month, is being held on $30,000 bond.

A man charged with statutory rape was released from the Stone County jail after posting bond.

A sixteen year-old girl told authorities that she had sex Adam Michael Turnbough, 27, of Branson West at his parents home last month.

Judge Alan Blankenship imposed some rigid bond conditions forTurnbough. He is under "house arrest" and cannot leave his parents home without one of them or for work. He was ordered to have a mental evaluation and agreed to voluntarily undergo STD testing. He must also "stay off Joe Bald Road" and have no contact with the victim.

Turrnbough is due back in court on December 11th.
