A man from Reeds Spring was arrested on October 4th and charged with possession of child pornography following a lenghty investigation by authorities.
Investigator's say they received a tip that Joshua M. Fogger, 23, was downloading images of child sexual abuse.
When a warrant was served at Fogger's parents home in March of 2011, a computer was seized from the man's bedroom. When Fogger was interviewed, he allegedly admitted to "having an addiction to pornography and would search for pornographic images on the Internet."
Fogger, who was released on his own recognizance, must reside at his parents home and not have any access to the Internet or anyone under the age of eighteen.
He is due back in court on October 30th.
