A woman from Branson will be paying it forward for victims of the Joplin tornado after winning $100,000 in a charity contest sponsored by Oscar Mayer.

Several weeks ago Crystal Lee Wolfe was announced as a finalist in a facebook contest that challenged entrants to do as many unique good deeds as possible within a set time period.

Wolfe completed 945 of them, which put her among the top five finalists and votes from people on the social networking site put her over the top.

Wolfe, who co-founded Homes of Hope, is trying to raise $2.1 million to build 20 energy-efficient, low-carbon-footprint homes.  Groundbreaking for the first two homes the organization hopes to build is planned for early next year.
