Two more people are facing charges connected to the February 2009 arson fire that destroyed the home of Ozark County Prosecuting Attorney Tom Cline.

Baxter County, Arkansas, Sheriff John Montgomery says David Allen Southerland, 46, and Sherri Ladawn Hogue, 30, have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the torching of Cline's home.

On February 20, 2009, Cline and his family were at a restaurant celebrating his granddaughter's third birthday when they got a phone call that their home near Pontiac was on fire.

An Ozark County deputy followed an alleged trail of flammable liquid from the backyard to the porch and called investigators with the Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office to help with the investigation.

Tom and Mary Cline lost nearly everything in the blaze, but were able to save some of Cline's fathers military medals from World War II.

On June 5 , 2010, Tina Louise Amaral, 28, and Stephen Lawrence Shaw, 25, both of Mountain Home, were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged involvement in the arson. Shaw is currently incarcerated on an unrelated matter.

Shaw pleaded guilty to passing bad checks in Ozark County 3 times in 2009. He is still awaiting trial for burglary and theft there for alleged incidents in 2008 and 2009. It is not known at this time if revenge against Cline for filing charges against him is what led to the fire.
