A Camden County man has been sentenced to life in prison for the 2007 murder of a friend.
A jury found Curtis J. Shore, 59, Linn Creek, guilty of first-degree murder and armed criminal action last September for the shooting death of his neighbor, Walter S. Hahn Jr.
Shore was arrested for Hahn's murder after he called authorities and identified himself as former President George W. Bush and reported that there had been a shooting in his front yard.
Shore was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole on both charges.
Hahn's wife, Robin, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Shore last month.
