Lawyers for a Vernon County teenager charged with two counts of first-degree murder have filed motions with the court saying they don't want their clients case heard in Jasper County.

Garrett Matthew Mason (a.) is facing those charges for the May 24, 2009, stabbing deaths of his friends and classmates, Kylie Leyva (l.), 14, and Annie Reed, 18.


The Missouri Supreme Court assigned the case to Jasper County Judge David Dally last month.
