Authorities in Boone County, Arkansas say that a Juvenile Court Judge could rule in the next few days whether or not a 16 year-old boy will be certified to stand trial as an adult for the alleged rape of his seven year-old step-sister.
Sheriff Danny Hickman says that the alleged incident rape happened last Thursday (08-27-09) and was reported by a relative. Hickman says his department arrested the boy the same day and transported him to a juvenile detention center in Danville, AR.

Tell Sherriff Hickman his days are numbered if he doesn't make it right. He and everyone involved will suffer more than the innocent one has if they don't stop messing with the truth.
