A former Greenfield High School band teacher's preliminary hearing date has been set.

Alison Peck is facing statutory rape charges involving one of her students in Greene County....and other sex related charges involving the same student in Dade and Lawrence Counties.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 22nd on the Greene County charges.

Investigators say that Peck and her student began a sexual relationship that began with text message over the Christmas holiday break and continued up until the arrest that landed her in the Greene County jail in late May.

The Dade and Lawrence County charges stem from allegations that Peck and the student had sexual relations at Fiddler's Ford in Dade County. Lawrence County authorities charged Peck after allegations surfaced that Peck and the boy had sex on numerous occasions at Peck's Mt. Vernon apartment.

Greene County prosecutors charged Peck after it is alleged that friends of Peck's arranged a liaison between the teacher and minor at the American Inn in Springfield. One of Peck's friends rented the room in her name after Peck told her that she was being watched by authorities.

Prosecutors are considering filing charges against Peck's friends, J.F and B. A.

Judge Jason Brown denied a motion for bond reduction for Peck. He cited that Peck was out on bond when she met up with the teen at the Springfield hotel.

Peck will remain in jail on $200,000 bond.
