Reeds Spring Man Jailed For Alleged Sexual Assault Of Great Grandchildren:

Reeds Spring, Mo.- A man from Reeds Spring has been charged with three counts of first-degree deviate statutory sodomy and one count of sexual misconduct with a child under 15 for allegedly sexually assaulting his great-grandchildren.
According to court documents the parents of two girls, aged four and five, told investigators that Gary Pickron sexually assaulted them over the “Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year time period” in 2014 -2015.
The five year-old told investigators that “Papo” inappropriately touched her and performed a sex act on her. The four year-old said Pickron made her touch his penis and sexually assaulted her.
Pickron, 71, who is a registered sex offender for a 2003 sexual misconduct conviction, is being held in the Stone County jail on $100,000 bond. Part of the bond conditions are that he have no contact with his granddaughter or great-grandchildren.
