Gary McCullough and Liehnia Chapin



The wrongful death trial connected to a man who has been missing for over a decade is scheduled to begin next week in Stone County, where it was moved on a change of venue.

The daughters of Gary McCullough filed the suit against Sandra McCullough Klemp, her current husband Kristopher Klemp, Jennifer Klemp-Brattin and McCullough Klemps daughter, Liehnia Chapin, who went missing in 2006.

Jennifer Klemp Brattin, who was married to Kristopher Klemp at the time McCullough went missing, was released from liability in the case last month "in exchange for her truthful testimony" at the upcoming trial.
