Attorney's for two people charged with murder in Stone County have filed a motion for a change of venue for their clients cases.
Kristin Jones, who represents Teri Dean-Morrison, and Frank Yankoviz, who represents Eugene Crider, filed the motions on July 9th.

Crider is charged with first-degree murder and Dean-Morrison is facing a second-degree murder charges for the death of Carl Glenn Anderson, who went missing in February.

Anderson's dismembered remains were found in a pond in March on property near Reeds Spring that belongs to a former boyfriend of Dean-Morrison's.
The attorney for Cheryl Crawford, who is facing second-degree murder charges in connection to Anderson's death, has not made a motion for a change of venue, according to online court records.
Change of venues are automatically granted when attorney's make the request in counties that have less than 75,000 residents.

The trio are also facing three counts of tampering with evidence, armed criminal action and hindering prosecution.
They are all due back in court next month.
Krystal Buras, who is facing tampering charges in the case, is due in court on July 24th.

did they give Carl the option to be murdered elsewhere? doubtful, so let them be tried before their peers in stone county. too bad we cant bring back the electric chair.
