It took a Greene County jury about forty minutes to convict a man who was stationed at Ramstein Air Force base in Germany of child abduction on Monday.
Junero P. Agcaoili, 40, was found guilty of three counts of child abduction for failing to return his children to their maternal grandmother, who had custody of the children, after a scheduled visit in the summer of 2010 .
Local and federal agencies helped return the children from Germany to their grandmother, Leslie A. Arnold, of Willard.
Agcaoili was sentenced by the jury to serve a total of 90 days in the Greene County Jail, but he had already spent that much time behind bars awaiting trial and has been released.
