An Exeter man facing charges of parental kidnapping will be arraigned in circuit court next month after waiving his preliminary hearing this week in Barry County Associate Circuit Court.
Authorities reached out to the public after Chapman, 37, failed to return his daughters following what was supposed to be a day long outing to Silver Dollar City on July 10, 2011. A few days after the girls vanished it was discovered that Chapman had sold his vehicle and was on the run with the girls.
Abby and Isabella Chapman were located in Wyoming near Yellowstone after a man called in a tip saying he had helped Chapman after his vehicle broke down near Cody.

Chapman is scheduled to be arraigned in circuit court on May 22nd.

Good luck Chapman. Kudos for taking those kids away from a mother who didn' care about anything but a welfare check and verbally and mentally abuses them even in public. She doesn't deserve to have them
