An man who allegedly played a drinking game in his Joplin home with his girlfriend and an 11 year-old Tyler Fecko has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The little boy died of alcohol poisoning after his 27 year-old uncle, Dale Phillips and his girlfriend, Linda Petrait, challenged him to a drinking game on Sunday night.
Petrait is facing the same charge. If convicted, Phillips and Petrait could be sentenced from anywhere from five to fifteen years in prison.
