Man Who Shot Up Heroin On Church Parking Lot Pleads Guilty::

A Kimberling City man who was busted as he shot up heroin on a church parking lot last month has pleaded guilty.

On September 4th, a Kimberling City police officer checking on a suspicious vehicle in the Saint Marks church parking lot found Michael Anthony Eddy, 22, in the passenger seat of a vehicle with a syringe in his arm, according to the probable cause statement.


Eddy told officer Aaron Hoeft that he had gone to Springfield "earlier" to get the heroin and the driver of the car was there for "support."

If Eddy successfully completes drug court his sentence will be deferred.
